When can I expect delivery of the product?
You can expect delivery within 14 days of placing your order on the Acne-X website.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order with Acne-X, you will receive an email with the delivery details. Follow the instructions in the email to track your order.
How can I check if Acne-X delivers to my PIN Code?
During the checkout process, enter your PIN code in the address section. If your PIN code is undeliverable, it will be highlighted in red.
How are orders placed on Acne-X delivered to me?
We have partnered with various courier services in India. Depending on your location, we will select the best delivery partner for prompt service.
Does Acne-X ship orders outside of India?
Currently, Acne-X does not offer shipping outside of India, but we have plans to expand in the future.

What payment options do you have?
We offer multiple payment options, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and cash on delivery.
Payment was deducted from my account, but no order details have been received.
In such cases, your money will be credited back to your source account within 72 hours.
How does COD (Cash on Delivery) work?
During the delivery of your order, our delivery partner will collect the payment, including the order amount and any applicable delivery charges.
Why can't I see the COD option on the payment page?
Our system may disable the COD option if there have been multiple failed payment attempts or a high number of canceled orders associated with your account.

How do I place an exchange request on Acne-X?
We do not offer product exchanges as our products fall under the cosmetic category. However, we ensure the quality of our products to meet your expectations.
Does Acne-X pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Acne-X does not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a transportation error.
Why was my return request declined?
Return requests are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or transportation errors. Other reasons for return requests may not be eligible.
How long will it take to receive a refund for the returned product?
If your return reason is genuine and has been accepted, it may take up to 3 working days to see the refund reflected in your source account.
How will I receive the refund?
You can choose to receive the refund in your source account or select an alternate method. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds.
